This verse states that: And without Faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who seek Him.
Now, you may ask “what exactly IS Faith??” in Hebrews 11:1 it states that: Faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.
God has made SO many promises, and I will probably do a Devo over those later, but not today. We have to have Faith to please God. It is simple to have Faith we can see him, in our physical presence, but to seek him even though our flesh screams out against it, that is the real Faith that must be evident in our lives in order to please God. Everything works out for the better for those who have Faith. God is all-knowing, thus knowing what is best for us. If we could just go against our flesh and leave everything at the Cross we would please God, we would glorify Him, which is our soul purpose on this Earth anyway. If we are to come to God we MUST BELIEVE THAT HE IS. God IS. He is our Lord, our sovereign Ruler. He also rewards those who seek him. If we would just focus all of our time and energy into reading our Bibles, praying, fellowshipping with our brothers and sisters, just remaining in his presence we would be more well off than any millionaire. God demands us to be utterly dedicated to Him, and quite frankly, we should WANT to be consumed by Him. Faith is one key to glorifying Him, Faith is knowing that God will fulfill His promises, even if they have not been evident yet. Keep these verses in mind when you are having trouble believing God, because more than likely the problem is your flesh, not God’s Word.
Lay your problems at the Cross, because God will take care of you:) leave comments and suggestions, please!!! God Bless:)
